Sorry I've been slack with my guides lately, due to market town and franchise hiks and I play ILP korean too, so I can give you better spoiler lol.

Maple Collection Events

I think it will be just normal collection events, but the prize is sooooo cuteeee. It is harder in ILPK, coz you gotta collect some stick (yut) and play like a board game and depending on your luck, you may land on different prizes (wine, puzzle, card, pasta and dumpling. You need dumpling to buy the prize. 

So if its normal collection events it will be easier for us, but the Yutnori will be so much funnn. Can't you change the yutnori to snake and ladder or monopoly instead pati hahhahhaa

I'm not gonna post how much it cost, since different system it would be different price i think. Have to wait on update :)

This item will be able to be installed in market town. I tried to look for it, but no longer for sale at ILPK, gotta screenshot them next time

The picnic rug and bbq are coins iteme. I think the caravan is cash item.

Just tap on your neigbor similar tab will open like below. just choose what you want, energy pasta, and stove. Fishing and market town not included. Social shop reward would also have extra button on top of sending present .

Franchise guide

Update 12/11/2015 Updated all AP requirement for all step including the donation and rewards

Update 1/10/2015 The reward for stage 3 franchise is only for the 1st second floor. So it will only benefit player that havent open their second floor. I have check for the last expansion that i have, it doesnt change the price. 

Update 29/9/2015 I strongly advise for below level 45 for dont make any new franchise. It will be waste of gold and effort. Why the AP requirement get crazily bigger. Your franchise wont move up fast enuf and you will be struggling to recruit players. Many of your member will be leaving and absorbed by stronger franchise.  ANYONE below lvl 45 work hard to level up, you will find franchise that benificial for you easier and less pressure for you in the franchise too.

Updated 11/9/2015 Sorry those who are waiting last night. Here are some info regarding Market Town.  It is based on my understanding and limited to Gtranslated korean language, so might not 100 % accurate lol and need to be confirmed. Working on Franchise now :)

Save gold and puzzle as many as you can. It will be handy :)

Been reading a Taiwanese article about interview with PATI regarding the SEASON 2 updates. I gather PATI is confirming 2 updates out of 3 illustrated in the pictures, which are :

Market Town and Franchise :)

Oh and the bad news is, PATI wont make it easier for friend visit. Ie. no 1 click to do all 3 help in friend resto. Grrrr. The reason is for social interaction. Hmm maybe we need to make petition lol.
