Finally, PATI release LVL 70 with rewards for chefs who already achieve lvl 65 or reaching lvl 65 within the event period. The trophy is pasta storage btw.

Chef! I Love Pasta's max level has been extended to Lv.70 from Lv.65! For Lv.65 users who have been playing I Love Pasta for a long time, we prepared a special event! When Lv.65 users connect to the game after the update, there will be a pop-up message with 2 options to choose. Users can choose between two reward options.
1) Accumulated EXP (=Level Up) : If a user selects this option, the user will Level-Up (depending on the amount of the accumulated EXP, which means EXP gained from the moment users became Lv.65 till the update) and users will naturally receive level up Cash according to the increased level (Each level up x 2 Cash). If users share their level up on Facebook, the user will also get the Facebook share reward (Each level up x 5 Cash).
2) Extended Max-level Gift Set (=Gift items) : If a user chooses this option, 4 different items - Rococo Dock, Rococo Town Dock, Rococo Town boat, Lv.65 Trophy Storage – and certain amount of Cash will be given. The accumulated EXP will vanish and the amount of Cash will be depending on the amount of accumulated EXP.
※ Note - Users who become Lv.65 during the event period are also eligible for this event. - If Lv.65 users don't select any of the two options until 2016/03/08, 1) Accumulated EXP will be applied automatically. - Even though users have several level-ups after choosing 1) Accumulated EXP option, no doubled amount of Activity point, Party mode point, employees' HP will be gained. - When a user select 2) Extended Max-level Gift Set, their level and accumulated EXP will start from Lv.65 with zero EXP.

Bit disappointing not getting the chef infinity challenge like in ILPK, where we get cool natural wood theme and some cash reward. However, gotta see tomorrow, whether we get it or not.

Chef! Charles' Cooking School and VIP customer has been changed! Check below for details on the new Charles' Cooking School and VIP customer.
* Charles' Cooking School - Users of Lv.18 or above can use Charles' Cooking School and VIP customer. - Charles' Cooking School is available after making Charles your Patron. - VIP customer appears after Charles' Cooking School is opened. - Users can Invent a new menu every 6 hours. - Previous cooking practice quizzes will be included in the Inventing process. - When Inventing a new menu, Pasta will be used according to how many dishes of the menu users choose to make. - Up to 10 dishes of the new menu can be made according to the amount of Pasta needed. - The name of a new menu cannot be changed once set in the beginning. - Users can see the newly invented menus in the ‘My Menu’ tab. - Invented menus can be served to VIP Customers and users can also give them to friends as gifts. - After giving a menu to a friend, users need to wait for 3 hours to give a menu to the same friend again. - Charles' Mini Game was changed from "Play Bingo" to "Take order". - Received menu disappears after 14 days if not used after receiving. - Menus invented before the update will be placed in the ‘Cooking School original menu’ tab. (After the update, names of the previous menus cannot be changed)
* VIP Customer - VIP customer shows up every 2 hours and VIP customer's appearance will change at 6 am every day. (GMT+9) - VIP icon will be added in the Patron tab. - Users can change the clothing of VIP customer using 100 Puzzles. - When fondness point of VIP customer is full, one of the VIP’s clothing items (random) will be given - ‘My Menu’ means the menus users Invented at Charles' Cooking School. - ‘Neighbor Chef Menu’ means the menus that users received from friends. - Users can go to Inventing screen directly by clicking "Charles' Cooking School" button in ’Recommend My Menu’. - When users recommend a menu that suits the VIP customer's taste, the fondness point increases. - When users succeed at recommending, one more recommending is available. - When users succeed at recommending two times in a row, Wine recommending is available. - The amount of Gold and EXP gained from VIP depends on whether the recommending succeeds or not. - The higher the grade of recommended menu is, the more fondness points users get.

2. Pasta Storage 30% Discount Event - Event Period : 2016/02/19 ~ 2016/02/24 24:00 (GMT+9) - During the event period, every Pasta Storage item will be discounted by 30%!
3. Style-Up EXP x 2 Event - Event Period : 2016/02/19 ~ 2016/02/24 24:00 (GMT+9) - During the event period, EXP gained when users Style-up a card will be doubled!
Im guessing will be no special event till the 25th when Pati release the new charles cooking school and VIP.
Most likely we gonna get stamp event tomorrow parallel with ILPK. Cant find confirmation yet. Normally maintainance and update is on thursday, but might be sooner as no maintanance needed for stamp event.
We also might have pasta storage on sale for 30% like in ilpk.
I dont see any special customer for this valentine event unlike last year though.
